Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, there is an implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe allow me to offer the appointment slot to other clients.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
I understand that life happens, and unexpected situations arise. If there are emergencies or special circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate.
No Refund Policy
I pride myself on providing high-quality hair services to all my clients. I understand that hair services are highly personal, and I strive to ensure every client leaves satisfied. However, due to the nature of services, we have a strict no refund policy.
Hair Services: Once a service has been completed, refunds are not available. I encourage you to communicate your expectations clearly before and during your appointment. If there are any concerns with the results, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to address the issue through adjustments or corrections within [5] days of your appointment.
Retail Products: All sales of hair care products are final. I am happy to provide recommendations tailored to your hair type, but cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products once they have been purchased.
My goal is to deliver the best possible experience, and I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction through expert consultation and adjustments if needed.
